Lady GaGa is known for her theatrics both on and off the stage but she took things to an entirely new level for MTV Video Music Aid Japan. Freeing herself from a web of hair, the singer performed ‘The Edge of Glory’ and ‘Born This Way‘ around a giant spider-shaped piano.
