The Throne have learned that nothing lasts forever as their ‘Watch The Throne’ album has been bumped from the top spot on the United World Album Chart. However, despite a 51% sales decline, the record still nabbed the #2 spot with over 250K units sold.

‘Watch The Throne’ sold 252K copies in this week but was ousted from the peak position by Smap’s ‘Smap Aid’, which sold 283K. Nevertheless, ‘Watch The Throne’ has now accumulated an impressive 765K copies in only 2 weeks.

Adele’s ’21′ landed at #3 with sales exceeding 224K units. After an incredible 30 weeks in the tally’s top 10, the LP has moved over 9.03 million copies at retailers around the world and is the top-selling of 2011 to date.

Singles making moves on the United World Track Chart included Maroon 5 & Christina Aguilera’s ‘Moves Like Jagger’, which jumped to #1 with over 329K downloads. The record replaced LMFAO’s ‘Party Rock Anthem (Ft. Lauren Bennett & Goon Rock)’ , which fell to #2 with 290K.
