New Song: Mario – ‘Chipped Away’

Mario has been under the radar for quite some time while working on his upcoming fifth studio album. However, a new song, entitled ‘Chipped Away’, from the R&B crooner has surfaced that hints at the direction of the LP.

It is a shame how underrated Mario is as a vocalist. He is one of the few male R&B singers who understands his voice and can perform without the crutch of auto-tune.

This song demonstrates that fact and also shows his growth as an artist beyond the playground sing-along that was ‘Break Up (Ft. Gucci Mane & Sean Garrett)’. Let’s see what Mario does with this new album and if for some reason things don’t work out he could always take the job of being Trey Songz’s much needed vocal coach.
