Just when JoJo’s music career seemed to be back on track, her comeback has been derailed once again. In fact, with the exception of her ‘Disaster’ single, fans of the young singer won’t hear any new material from the young singer for a while as her ‘Jumping Trains’ album has been delayed until 2012.
See what JoJo had to say about the project to Fashion News Live below:
This could actually be a blessing in disguise. JoJo needs to build momentum for his project and give ‘Disaster’ a chance to grow on Top 40 radio before she releases ‘Jumping Trains’. Conversely, it will certainly be a challenge for JoJo to drop this record next year amidst new releases from major Pop acts, such as Christina Aguilera, who also plan to launch new projects during that time.
Hopefully, JoJo and her team are prepared for the struggles that await them with this new era of her career. It will involve proper planning, timing and promotion.
