Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’ continued its ascent on the United World Track Chart this week as it achieved a new peak at #3. However, her Roc Nation associate J. Cole was not as fortunate as his ‘Cole World: The Sideline Story’ album, which debuted at #3 on the United World Album Chart last week, has tumbled out of the top 10.
‘Cole World’ sold only 62K copies this week, representing a sizeable dip from the 233K of its debut figure. The album has skated a whopping 10 spots from #3 to #13 on the album chart and even sold less than Lil Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter IV’, which moved another 63K in its 6th week.
Unsurprisingly, Adele’s ’21′ remained at the helm of the lineup with a fixed sum of 261K copies sold. To date, the record has charted at the peak of the global tally for 25 weeks and sold a stunning 10.93 million copies after only 37 weeks in stores.
Meanwhile. Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’ continued to scale the United World Track Chart. The song sold 275K copies and notched the #3 spot. However, Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera’s ‘Moves Like Jagger’ and Adele’s ‘Someone Like You’, which was recently covered by Katy Perry, kept the track at bay by holding the #1 and #2 spots, respectively.
