Beyonce was spotted as she exited the Sakura Nail Spa in New York City last evening. The performer surprised her fans on Monday when she released a preview of her upcoming ‘Party’ video. The full visual, which features appearance from J. Cole, Solange and Kelly Rowland, is expected to debut on BET’s ’106 & Park’ later today.
