A tanned Ciara beamed as she arrived at the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project at Annenberg Space for Photography in Century City, California yesterday. The performer has several reasons to smile as she iss almost finished negotiating a new deal with LA Reid and Epic Records.

  I am so happy she signing a new record deal because Ciara is very talented. Ciara is one of the handful of female artists who actually contribute more than their face and voice to their projects. She writes and produces her songs, choreographs her dance moves, executive produces her albums and co-directs some of her music videos, so she deserves to be a global megastar, but I just hope she voices her opinions more as she stated in her Facebook letter.
