Shortly after dazzling photographers on the MOBO Awards red carpet with a flowing black gown, Jessie J demonstrated her versatility when she hit the stage to perform ‘Do It Like A Dude’. Coincidentally, the track won the title of Best Song at the Scotland event.

Jessie J also received 3 other trophies at the show, including Best Newcomer, Best UK Act and Best Album for her UK double platinum debut, ‘Who You Are’. Watch her performance of ‘Do It Like A Dude’ below:

Although I am not a fan of artists imitating West Indian dialects in their music, Jessie J did an excellent job of stimulating the crowd. Furthermore, it is great to see that her foot has fully recovered and that she was having fun!
