BET’s annual Black Girls Rock event was hosted since October 15th but the ceremony only aired last evening. The show included stunning performances from Mary J. Blige, Melanie Fiona, Jill Scott and several others who joined their voices to celebrate the achievements of black women.

Shockingly, El DeBarge, who has performed at every major BET event during the last year, did not hit stage. Watch all of the performances below:
