Chris Brown’s ‘Fortune’ Slated For March Release

The anticipation for Chris Brown’s ‘Fortune’ album was fueled Kevin McCall first stated that the record would hit stores in early 2012. However, the excitement reached a new peak with it announced that Brown’s fans will receive the LP in March.

Preceded by the lead single, ‘Strip’, which also features McCall, the ‘Fortune’ album has been pegged to arrive by March. Yet specific US and international dates have yet to be revealed.

Brown’s previous album, ‘F.A.M.E.’, has thus far sold 768K copies in the US since being released in March 2011. It is currently ranked as the 11th best-selling album of the year in that territory.

The competition for early 2012 just keeps getting more intense! Brown will join Mario in the race for top male R&B/Pop act and when Usher finally debuts his next album, the games will truly begin!

  Super happy he’s releasing in March. I love Strip but i hope he releases another song on new years like last year. Plus, i hope this project is better handled than FAME was. Eventhough that was a successful era, there was alot of bumbs. i.e Wet the bed.

  Open Road (I love her) is a classic, hope he includes it too in this album. On the other hand I dont like Chris’ naughty s*x crazy lyrics, we have had enough of No BS! Bounce with lovely RnB classical hits as u always do, thumbs up (PS/No to No str!p)
