Lady Gaga delivered a heavenly performance of her latest single, ‘Marry the Night’, at the 2011 MTV European Music Awards earlier this evening. The megastar literally took the viewers of the show to the moon with a larger than life stage set and an otherworldly ensemble.

The video for ‘Marry the Night’ was filmed in Harlem, New York City last month. Gaga directed the visual herself with the assistance of Darius Khondji and Gideon Ponte.

Although may people will undoubtedly compare Gaga’s stage set to Janet Jackson’s ‘Feedback’ video, there is no denying that she still delivered an incredible show. Regardless of her gimmicks and odd fashion choices offstage, what matters is how she performs onstage and she rarely disappoints.
