Mary J. Blige’s ‘My Life II: The Journey Continues (Act 1)’ is on track to debut at #5 on the Billboard 200 this week with a lowly 165K copies sold but she hasn’t give up on the record just yet. Indeed, the diva hit the stage on ‘The View’ for the second occasion in two weeks, this time to perform her current single, ‘Mr. Wrong’.

Blige previously joined Justin Bieber for a rendition his Holiday hit ‘Mistletoe’ on ‘The View’ last week. Watch her appearance on today’s show below:

It was quite shocking to see Blige’s sales figures for ‘My Life II’ because not only is the record quite impressive but she has also made several major promotional appearances to make the public aware of the project. Still, Blige still has many other opportunities to plug the album – namely the late night talk show circuit – and push consistent numbers throughout the Holiday season. However, she would be wise to pause the ‘Act 2′ May release of the LP because it could result in a major commercial disaster.
