Trey Songz stopped thinking about himself just long enough to perform at his ‘Angels with Heart’ benefit concert last evening. Hosted at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, the show featured the R&B crooner performing several of his biggest including ‘Can’t Be Friends’ and ‘Love Faces’.

Additionally, Songz was joined by his close personal friend Ne-Yo for a rendition of the song ‘The Way You Move’. Fans who are eager to hear more from Songz and can’t wait until next year for the arrival of his ‘Chapter 5′ album could pick up his ‘Inevitable’ EP on November 28th or his already available ‘Anticipation II’/ ‘#Lemmeholdatbeat2′ mixtapes.
