Now that her ‘Femme Fatale Tour’ has come to an end, Britney Spears was free to surprise her fans with the news of her engagement to her boyfriend, Jason Trawick. Doubling as the 40th birthday party of Trawick, Spears hosted her engagement celebration at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
