Mariah Carey sparked excitement when she arrived in London earlier today and she raised the heat even further when attended the Noble Gift Gala at The Dorchester. The icon is scheduled to receive the 2011 Noble Gift Humanitarian Award at the event, which will feature a special performance by Leona Lewis.

@Marina your a heartless piece of Work Mariah looks stunning and has lost all her pregnancy weight in a responsible manner due to life threatenning complications she gained 82lbs in her 35 week pregnancy and has lost it in about the same amount of time since besides she’s never been fat she’s muscular which weighs more than fat. incase you forgot Red is the color of the American Heart Association and Mariah is involved with them through the Jenny Set Go diet program which helped her lose the actual pregnancy weight she gained which was 42lbs as 40 of it was water from swelling which she lost in 1 week after delivery and has admitted to that
