Before Beyonce stole the spotlight by flaunting her post-baby body for the photographers, Jay-Z was busy making history as the first rapper to headline a concert at Carnegie Hall in New York City last evening. Joined by special guests Alicia Keys and Nas, the Hip-Hop icon performed several of his biggest hits while backed by a live orchestra.
