Did you know that Madonna has scored the 2nd-most Billboard Hot 100 hits among female artists?

With the debut of her latest single, ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’ (Ft. Nicki Minaj & M.I.A.)’, at #13 on the Hot 100, Madonna’s total number of entries on the chart increased to 56. That figure matched Dionne Warwick’s career total and positioned Madonna in 2nd place among female acts behind Aretha Franklin’s 73 Hot 100 hits.

If ‘Give Me’ cracks the top 10 of of the Hot 100 then it would be Madonna’s 38th top 10 single and extend her lead as the solo artist with the most top 10 hits. However, the song has already become her 49 top 40 hit on the tally.
