@tim it’s not always about #1 hits. even though it’s a big accomplishment, noboy really cares about #1 singles. It wasn’t until stans joined twitter that people started paying attention to #1 singles.

So why is this a music minute, I thought the music minutes for the historical or groundbreaking feats in music. So what that Ciara has only 1 Hot 100 #1 single, Pink only has 3 and she’s going on nearly 15 yrs in the industry. Ciara is still very talented, what she lacks in vocals, she makes up for it being a real artist and performer… she writes a majority of her songs, has produced a lot of her songs and is the best female dancer of her generation, the only reason ppl r hating on Ciara is because her success is gone right now, the same thing is happening to Xtina, the same thing happened to Britney and Mariah as well. When ur hot, everyone loves u, but when ur not, everyone hates u. Ciara is only 26, she can easily make a comeback and blow every other female artist away with the right promotion and marketing and most importantly of all, the right music
