Did you know that Britney Spears, Destiny’s Child, Christina Aguilera and several other artists once collaborated on the same song?

Performing under the group name of Artists Against AIDS Worldwide, several of Pop music’s young stars joined forces for a cover of Marvin Gaye’s ‘What’s Going On’. The track was released in October 2001 to help raise awareness for HIV/AIDS relief efforts in developing countries.

Among the artists featured on the cover of ‘What’s Going On’ were Spears, Destiny’s Child, Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Usher, ‘N Sync, the Backstreet Boys, Monica, Mary J. Blige, Nelly Furtado and Gwen Stefani. Watch the song’s accompanying video below:
