Just as Nicki Minaj finally scored a Pop hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with hew new single, ‘Starships’, the eccentric released yet another tune. However, unlike its predecessor, lyrically heavy ‘Roman Reloaded’ featured Minaj returning to her roots as a true female Rap artist.
‘Roman Reloaded’ is the title track from Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’ album, which will hit stores on April 3rd. Other songs that will be included on the LP are ‘Roman in Moscow’, ‘Stupid Hoe’ and ‘Roman Holiday’.
Listen to ‘Roman Reloaded below:
This is the type of song that Minaj needed to release as her first single! Why on Earth did she select those other silly tunes when she had the potential to cut a record like ‘Roman Reloaded’ from the start? Perhaps, Minaj simply needed the public backlash that she experienced during the last few weeks to remind her that she should never allow herself to get lazy.
If Minaj’s new album entails songs similar to ‘Roman Reloaded’ then I would happy support it. Still, I politely request that she let’s that childish side of her split personality go. Clearly, Minaj is the true rapper while Roman is the clown behind ‘Stupid Hoe’. Hence, he should die.
