Alicia Keys kept things simple at the Stella McCartney fashion house presentation yesterday but she switched gears later that evening. Indeed, the R&B singer whipped out her thick fur at the Yves Saint-Laurent Ready-To-Wear Fall/Winter 2012 collection show during Paris Fashion Week as she indulged in extravagance.
