Katy Perry performs at the Nickelodeon's 25th Annual Kids' Choice Awards

The 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards are currently underway but Katy Perry has already hit the stage for some early excitement. The animated star thrilled her young fans with a performance of her latest hit, ‘Part of Me’, and launched into the air during the theatrical set.

Earlier this week, Perry released her ‘Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection’ record. ‘Part of Me’ is the lead offering from the collection and since the debut of its accompanying video, it has rebounded to #8 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Perry was truly in her element during this performance. She had fun during the show and even without pushing herself with choreography she still managed to bring the song to life.
