Did you know that only one of Kanye West’s studio missed the top spot of the Billboard 200?
The only studio album put forward by West that didn’t land at #1 on the Billboard 200 was his debut effort, ‘The College Dropout’, which was released in 2004 and peaked at #2. Following that LP, all 4 of rapper’s other solo studio albums have claimed the top slot on the chart.
Even West’s ‘Watch the Throne’ collaborative album with Jay-Z landed atop the Billboard 200. Additionally, between that project and his own ‘My Beautiful Dark twisted Fantasy’ West won 4 trophies at the 2012 Grammy Awards, thus increasing his career total to 18 accolades.
