After taunting her fans for weeks with teasers, Nelly Furtado has finally released her new single, ‘Big Hoops (Bigger the Better)’. Produced by Darkchild, the song is the lead offering from the quirky songbird’s upcoming ‘T.S.I. (The Spirit Indestructible)’ album, which will hit stores on June 19th.
So, without further waiting, listen to Furtado’s ‘Big Hoops’ below:
Now, young listeners who were born after 1996 might be quick to say, “Furtado is copying Rihanna,” but we all know that Furtado has been chanting songs like ‘Big Hoops’ her debut. This track is her classic style and she will likely score a big hit on all major radio formats.
The question that remains is if Furtado will have an entire LP of Urban tunes or if she will cater to her Pop audience? Versatility is what she will need if she hopes to sell albums and not just singles.
Thanks Rap-Up!

Yeah this is classic Nelly Furtado, everything from her “Loose” album. I love that she’s consistent.
Rihanna ? Where ? I didn’t hear anything that sounds like her to be honest, it’s way too urban to sound like her.
This song is epic.
Rihanna? Mmmmm I wasn’t even thinking of goaty

Ms. Geriatric Wine Fenty lmao. Nay… Furtado is classic.
its good, the verses could have been better imo. I think that will prevent from being a mega hit but im sure it’ll spend a week or 2 in the top 10
