Brandy discusses life and loss in 'Behind the Music'.

After numerous previews and teasers, Brandy’s ‘Behind the Music’ finally aired this evening on Vh1. However, rather than simply including another basic series of interviews, the show depicted the singer addressing the most emotional moments of her tumultuous career.

Allowing her tears to flow freely, Brandy spoke about the fake marriage that almost ruined her career, how the death of Whitney Houston affected her life and the tragic accident that killed another driver while leaving her emotionally shattered. The ‘Behind the Music’ show also included appearances by Brandy’s closest friend and family who shared their views about her rise to fame.
