Did you know that Celine Dion and Barbra Streisand recorded a duet in the 1990s?

Written and produced by David Foster and Walter Afanasieff, ‘Tell Him’ was released by Dion and Streisand in 1997. The song came to fruition after Streisand saw Dion perform one of her classics at the Academy Awards earlier that year and became excited to work with her younger counterpart.

‘Tell Him’ was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals and was a major hit outside of the US (it was not given a full release in that territory), peaking at #3 on the Official UK Singles Chart. Watch the song’s accompanying video below:
