Quincy Jones
Did you know that Quincy Jones has thus far won a stunning 27 Grammy Awards?
As a legendary musician, recording artist and producer, Jones has nabbed 27 Grammys. Among his astounding list of wins are two trophies for Album of the Year – for his own ‘Back on the Block’ album and his contributions to Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ – and two for Record of the Year. To date, Jones has scored over 79 Grammy nominations.
Not counted among Jones’ list of competitive titles are his special Legend Award and Trustees Award. Watch the video for Jackson’s ‘Beat It’, for which Jones earned a Grammy for Record of the Year, below:
