Did you know that Jessica Simpson has only scored a single top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100?
To date, Simpson’s only top 10 entry on the Hot 100 was her debut release, ‘I Wanna Love you Forever’, which peaked at #3 on the lineup in 1999. None of the singer’s followup efforts cracked the upper region of the chart, and second highest-ranking songs were ‘With You’, ‘These Boots Are Made For Walkin” and ‘A Public Affair‘, all of which stalled at #14.
None of Simpson’s albums have topped the Billboard 200 and her best-perforing LP was her triple platinum ‘In This Skin’, which peaked at #2 in 2003. Watch the video for ‘With You’ from that album below:

She should really make more music like the aforementioned. She can really sing, and has alot of personality…
Back when Jessica was peaking, R&B/Hip Hop music was dominating the Rhythmic and Top 40 charts, which left very little room for Jessica Simpson to go Top 10.
Nowadays, “With You” probably would have went #1 for weeks, considering how mainstream radio has become.
I miss her ‘Irresistible’ is a great pop album <3
I am not shading here Trent, just want you to be even better, but this wasn’t written properly
“None of Simpson’s albums have topped the Billboard 200 *and* (shouldve been a *but*) her best-perforing LP was her triple platinum ‘In This Skin’, which peaked at #2 in 2003″
its a contradiction and not properly written
I actually enjoyed most of her music especially “With You” but like @RichiAngelo mentioned, R&B/Hip-Hop did lock up most of the charts during her time on it. Some of her songs are better suited for today’s radio.
@y trent used the correct preposition… he wasnt contradicting,he was supporting..
she might not b e making music now but her money long like phuck.
