A rapper would have gone down well to add a break from the belting. Her vocals, though rougher, sound good. Not a lover of the crass lyrics but hey, we live in a carnal world. I don’t like the synth on the track. It’s too thin and electronic sounding, like “Beepity-boop-beep”. It may be intentional but then it makes it lean to heavily towards her “Bionic” sound.

Shinny plastic. Massive hit.

This song SLAYS the fuck out of me and I love it! I always new Xtina would need a radio friendly hit to make this comeback but she does it without sounding like the generic trash most people are resorting too and she’s staying true to her own self expression etc
Can’t WAIT for the video / album / performances and Trent please have a seat (on the floor) because Xtina has hit high notes live many times I can remember recently while Mariah’s have sounded like the same shit she’s been playing on playback for like a decade and the high note on “Triumphant” sounds autotuned to fuck so… I think you already know Xtina’s name.
