Nicki Minaj’s verbal assault on Mariah Carey during the auditions of ‘American Idol’ was so dramatic that most people have forgotten that she has a new single, ‘The Boys’, on the radio. Perhaps that is the reason why the record has yet to chart and why she has rushed out behind the scenes footage of its accompanying video.

Directed by Colin Tilley, ‘The Boys’ video takes Minaj to a fantasy world where her albums actually sell and people play her music. The song features Cassie and serves as the lead single from Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up’.
