Did you know that Duran Duran’s ‘A View to Kill’ is the most successful ‘James Bond’ theme song of all on the Billboard Hot 100?

‘A View to Kill’ was released as the theme song of the ‘James Bond: A View to Kill’ movie in 1985. The song peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in July of that year and became the first ‘James Bond’ theme to reach the summit of the chart.

In fact, no other ‘James Bond’ theme song to date has managed to top the Hot 100, although two peaked at #2 – Paul McCartney & Wings’ ‘Live & Let Die’ and Carly Simon’s ‘Nobody Does It Better’. Watch the video for Duran Duran’s ‘A  View to Kill’ below:
