Ne-Yo continued to generate buzz for his upcoming ‘R.E.D.’ album with the release of a new song called ‘Don’t Make Em Like You’. Featuring Wiz Khalifa, the track is the latest single from Ne-Yo’s LP, which is currently on course for a November 6th arrival.
Last month, Ne-Yo chatted with Rap-Up TV about the concept of ‘R.E.D.’ and how it serves as a reflection of his success as an artist thus far. Among the producers who contributed to the album were Stargate, No I.D, Sia, Da Internz, The Underdogs and Salaam Remi.

Honestly, ‘Don’t Make Em Like You’ is average at best and the inclusion of Khalifa’s verse did nothing to improve the song. We’ve heard Ne-Yo sing about this exact theme of the independence and respectable behaviour of women so unless he is willing to go the extra mile by launching a feminist campaign with his music, it would be great from him to try something new.
