Rihanna and Chris Brown just want people to stop talking about their relationship so they did what couple demanding privacy would do: recorded a new song about it. Interpolating the lyrics of Michael Jackson’s ‘The Way You Make Me Feel’, ‘Nobody’s Business’ will appear on Rihanna’s ‘Unapologetic’ album.
The late Whitney Houston once teamed with her ex-husband Bobby Brown on the song ‘Something in Common’ in 1993 and the ill-fated pair are now being challenged for the title of the world’s most controversial couple. Did Rihanna and Brown outshine their older counterparts? Listen to ‘Nobody’s Business’ below:
The track of ‘Nobody’s Business’ is actually well-produced with a foot-stomping beat and an infectious melody. Yet, the auto-tune on Rihanna and Brown’s vocals, combined with the corny lyrics, made this song cringe-worthy.
Why would Rihanna and Brown record a song entailing the message of ‘Nobody’s Business’? Obviously, they are trying to manipulate the media into caring about their relationship. In fact, I’m surprised that Brown didn’t use this as the soundtrack of that video message to his fans about him loving two women at the same time. Just another transparent ploy for attention by a pair of children who need a timeout.
