Alicia Keys performs ‘Brand New Me’ on ‘The View’.

After premiering the remarkable accompanying video for her latest single, ‘Brand New Me’, yesterday, Alicia Keys kept the momentum going with yet another television appearance. Checking into ‘The View’ studios, the songstress belted a rendition of the inspiring record.

‘Brand New Me’ has been taken from Keys’ ‘Girl On Fire’ album, which was released in November. Despite scoring her lowest opening sales to date, the LP earned Keys her fifth #1 album on the Billboard 200. Watch her perform on ‘The View’ below:

It was so refreshing to hear Keys hold a clear note. We all know that she has been struggling to stay on-key recently but she managed to keep it together during this showing. Hopefully the Keys will keep this up in future performances as her voice is too precious to go to waste!
