You’ve heard the rehearsal audio of Beyonce singing “The Star Spangled Banner” or was that simply her taping of her stage track? Standing on the West Front of the US Capitol under the watchful eye of the reelected President Barack Obama, the singer entered the history books at the inauguration parade but something was quite odd.

Wind whipped Beyonce’s hair as she wafted through “The Star Spangled Banner” but the sound of the breeze, which was heard throughout the speeches of several of the delegates, was inaudible on her mic. In fact, the acoustics during her performance were completely uninterrupted and Beyonce sounded flawless.
