Unfortunately for Nelly, his last album, 5.0, didn’t fulfil its potential when it was released back in 2010. However, he is not giving up on his music career and he has dropped a new song entitled “Hey Porsche”, which could possibly be another hit for the St Louis rapper.

The last hit Nelly scored was the lead single to his 5.0 project, “Just a Dream”. However, as we witnessed with Kelly Rowland’s Here I Am project, one hit single alone doesn’t sell you albums. Nelly is working on his upcoming album, M.O, which should be released some time this year.

If the rest of the material on M.O. is similar to “Hey Porsche” then Nelly could have a comeback on his hands. Listen to the song below:

As mentioned earlier, this could be a big hit for Nelly. If the record does not take off in the US, it will certainly do well within Europe and the UK as tracks like “Hey Porsche” seem to have a lot of success in those territories. Hopefully, there are more songs like this issued by Nelly during the coming months.
