North America’s fascination with Britney Spears is still going strong. Proving that she is undoubtedly one of the biggest Pop stars on the planet, Spears helped to boost the filth known as will.i.am’s “Scream & Shout” to the upper echelons of the US charts.
“Scream & Shout” vaulted up the Billboard Hot 100 this week by landing at #8. The song clocked in as Spears’ 13th top ten on the lineup and extended her span of hits, which started in December 1998 with her debut single, “…Baby One More Time”. Later this year, she is expected to release a song for her own album, currently being recorded following her reported The X Factor (US) dismissal.
