Alicia Keys performs “Girl On Fire” and “Brand New Me” on ‘Ellen’.

Strong vocals or none, it is difficult to deny that Alicia Keys works hard for her success. As part of her promotional campaign the piano-loving diva made an appearance The Ellen Degeneres Show to perform a medley of her current singles, “Girl On Fire” and “Brand New Me”.

For those of you wondering if Keys’ vocal cords fell apart during her Ellen set, don’t worry because she was surprisingly in good shape. Perhaps she has been working to resolve her issues now that her Set the World on Fire Tour is on the horizon. Either way, her recent showings have demonstrated a welcome improvement.
