Ellen Degeneres and Emeli Sande show off their similar hairstyles.

Dear North Americans, you’re going to buy Emeli Sande’s Our Version of Events album and you’re going to like it! At least, that’s what the songbird is hoping will happen following her recent string of live performances, the latest being on The Ellen Degeneres Show.

Sporting a similar hairstyle to the show’s host, Sande belted a beautiful rendition of her lead Our Version of Events single, “Next to Me”. Those of you who haven’t been tracking her career may assume that this is new music and not material that was issued since early last year. Hey, better late than never.
