One of the worst problems that could possibly afflict a performer has struck Lady Gaga. The superstar has been forced to cancel all of the remaining shows in her Born This Way Ball Tour after experiencing a tear in her right hip, which requires emergency surgery.
Gaga claims to have hidden her health issues from her team because of her desire to entertain. However, the woman who has been known to continue performing even after vomiting onstage during some of her shows, simply couldn’t deal with the pain. In fact, she even collapsed onstage and broke into tears during a February 11th concert in Montreal.
Read what Gaga had to say about her troubles and the unfortunate end of her Born This Way Born Tour below:
“Im so sorry. I barely know what to say. I’ve been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime now, over the past month it has worsened. I’ve been praying it would heal. I hid it from my staff, I didn’t want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after last night’s performance I could not walk and still can’t.
I hope you can forgive me as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself right now. I would do anything for you. I will hopefully heal as soon as possible and be at 500% again, which is what you deserve.”
