Did you know that Leann Rimes was the youngest person ever to win a Grammy Award?
Rimes became the youngest person ever to win a Grammy at the 1997 ceremony when she was just 14 years of age. The singer-songwriter took the industry by storm with her 1996 Blue debut album, and nabbed the trophies for Best New Artist and Best Female Country Vocal Performance for the set’s title track.
