Diana Ro- I mean Solange performs on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’.

It was commendable to see Solange put the effort into promoting her True EP with a string of live performances and even a video for the lead single, “Losing You”. However, with 2013 racing forward (March starts tomorrow), her latest appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman is almost cruel to those of us eagerly awaiting her next full album.

Seriously, how long is Solange going to plug a simple EP? Yes, it’s great to see her devote herself so wholeheartedly to her craft but it’s time for her to move on so that we won’t have to wait until 2014 for her album. On the bright side, at least Diana Ross’ old wig is relevant again. Solange is such a saint for giving it work in this difficult economic climate.
