Bruno Mars has effortlessly dominated the global charts for the last three months and we all know why: he has a well-paced promotional campaign. Without saturating the media with too many live performances, the singer has carefully timed his appearances, such as his spot on Let’s Dance for Comic Relief in the UK.
Backed by a simple piano line, Mars sang a smooth yet powerful rendition of his latest hit single, “When I Was Your Man”, from his Unorthodox Jukebox album. The song has thus far peaked at #7 on the Official UK Singles Chart and judging by the crowd’s reception of his performance, it will probably rise in the coming weeks.
