JoJo and Leah LaBelle

Thank ancient deities for the power of the internet because otherwise we’d never get the chance to see JoJo. Trapped in a seemingly everlasting limbo, the incredibly talented yet unfortunate singer let her fans know that she was still alive during a mini online concert, which featured Leah LaBelle.

Broadcasted via Stageit, JoJo’s setlist included renditions of “Leave (Get Out)”, “Disaster”, “Too Little Too Late”, “Marvin’s Room”, and Paula Cole’s “I Don’t Want to Wait”. She was joined by LaBelle for their reworked version of John Legend’s “Ordinary People”.

“While I’ve been in this limbo. Your support has literally kept me alive,” JoJo told her fans. “I can’t wait to explain everything to you. It’s gonna blow your fu**ing mind when you hear what’s going on.” I sense a tell-all book coming on!
