RIP Keyshia Cole

Remember when Keyshia Cole basically called Beyonce a hypocrite and I indicated that her comments would probably damage her career? Well, my ego would like to let know that I was right. In fact, the backlash has started even sooner than expected as The-Dream stated that he won’t work with her in the future.

During an interview with The Breakfast Club, The-Dream revealed that he took personal offence to Cole’s comments regarding Beyonce’s “Bow Down” and that he won’t contribute to her future albums. Why was he so turned off by Cole? Beyonce pays him handsomely for writing credits is as close as family to him.

Cole has since responded by stating that she accepts The-Dream’s decision, especially since he only wrote one song for her in the past – “Hey Sexy”. No use crying over spilled publishing rights. Watch The-Dream on The Breakfast Club below:
