Jennifer Hudson has placed her music career on hold so she can focus on acting. For her latest role, the singer plays a member of the armed forces who suffers from PTSD in the Lifetime movie Call Me Crazy: A Five Film, and she shared details about the part on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

There is no word regarding the status of Hudson’s next studio offering. For now, however, she has he sights set on winning an Emmy Award and Tony Award for her acting as well as raising her equally talented son.
