Miguel’s ‘Saturday Night Live’ promo

R&B music has been in limbo since 2008 as most of the genre’s leading acts have either crossed over to the EDM movement or faded into completely obscurity. Thankfully, Miguel has since risen to fill the void and he revived the magic of Rhythm & Blues with his performances on Saturday Night Live.

Miguel thrilled the SNL viewers with his special renditions of his latest single, “How Many Drinks?”, and the monster Urban radio hit “Adorn”. His showings were so good that he caught the attention of diva Mariah Carey, who took a break from recording her new album to praise Miguel for keeping R&B alive.
