Chatting with Entertainment Tonight, the diva shared a special glimpse of her latest work from the sunny shores of Miami Beach.

However, music wasn’t the only topic on Lopez’s agenda. Indeed, she also spoke about her upcoming performance on the May 16th American Idol season finale where she will debut “Live it Up” live onstage under the watchful eye of her rival, Mariah Carey. However, will the performance serve as a prelude to a fulltime return to the show next season?

Lopez didn’t share any details regarding a return to the American Idol panel but if she does go back to her old stomping ground, she better not expect a big payout because the producers reportedly refuse to offer large contracts to judges in the face of plummeting ratings.
