Candice Glover stays focused on her lyrics.

Candice Glover just won American Idol but her promotional campaign is already in full swing. Earlier today, the singer was the musical guest on Live! With Kelly & Michael and she performed her new single, “I AM Beautiful”, for the mid-morning audience of primarily housewives and the elderly.

On July 16th, Glover will release her debut album, Music Speaks. “I Am Beautiful” was an instant hit on iTunes when it was made available via the service on May 16th. However, the song has since tumbled down the main chart is currently positioned at #19 on the top 200.

Regardless, Glover sang “I Am Beautiful” flawlessly on Kelly & Michael today and showcased that she is more than just a karaoke singer. Watch her segment on the show below:
