Justin Timberlake knows how to keep his fans on their toes! Moments ago, the singer-songwriter caught everybody by surprise by announcing the official release date of his The 20/20 Experience followup, which will arrive in stores in September of this year, in the heart of the fall season.

The 20/20 Experience (2 of 2) will be available on September 30th. Featuring additional productions by Timbaland, the set is expected to include 10 to 12 tracks that weren’t included on its predecessor, which has already sold over 1.67 million copies in the US alone since March 19th as the top-selling R&B album of the last 12 months.

Timberlake scored a pair of top 10 hits from The 20/20 Experience on the Billboard Hot 100. The lead release, “Suit & Tie (Ft. Jay-Z)”, peaked at #3 on the lineup whereas “Mirrors” has thus far climbed to #5.  See Timberlake’s official announcement of the  The 20/20 Experience (2 of 2) below:
